The goal: Preparation of recommendations concerning creation of managerial accounting system on the basis of enterprise complex inspection, system implementation and accompaniment.

Stages of possible project:

• Carrying out enterprise complex inspection, preparing possible variants of managerial accounting system creation,
• Preparation of recommendations concerning creation of economically isolated responsibility centres,
• Development and implementation of managerial accounting system and forms of managerial book-keeping for each responsibility centre and enterprise as a whole,
• Managerial accounting system accompaniment and its further development. Besides, within frameworks of each stage training of staff is carried out in interactive regime. Categories of the staff are the following - chief management, specialists of some departments and responsibility centres.

Approximate price: is defined regarding each stage individually, depending on laboriousness, and specified in the terms of reference, co-ordinated by the Executor and the Customer. Project of the terms of reference will be made free of charge.
