The goal: to prepare set of documents concerning different managerial subsystems- -planning, motivations and control.
Possible types of services:

• Development of the set of documents, allowing to implement full planning system, including planning of sales, manufacturing, purchases, stocks, overhead charges, investments. Establishing of direct connection with outline of external financial planning (profits and losses plan, cash-flow plan, enterprise balance forecast);
• Preparation of sound proposals concerning structure of economically isolated responsibility centres, development of recommendations concerning the order of its accounting and conducting of managerial accounting;
• Complex development of effective system of staff's economical motivation, allowing to co-ordinate personnel's corporate, group and individual interests and achieve maximal efficiency within frameworks of acting managerial system;
• Creation of effective system of plan tasks executing control, using the possibilities of local accounting net and computer methods of information processing; Any combinations of the services mentioned above.

Delivery time: 3 - 12 months (depends on task's complication).
Stages of the possible project
Approximate price: is defined in agreement with the Customer, depending on the job complicity, and specified in the terms of reference, co-ordinated by the Executor and the Customer. The project of the term of reference will be made free of charge.
